Who can apply: Nonprofits, Health care and EMS, Arts, music and culture groups, Libraries, museums and historical societies, Tourism groups and chambers, Outdoor recreation businesses and groups
Low-interest loans (not grants) for bridge financing on capital projects, working capital, or launching a program backed by secured future revenue.
The catch: This is debt, and it will not cover budget gaps or deficits.
