Who can apply: Nonprofits, Towns and local government, Health care and EMS, Libraries, museums and historical societies
Grants and low-interest loans for essential community buildings and equipment such as libraries, museums, child care centers, and food pantries.
The catch: Communities must have 20,000 people or fewer, and the biggest grant shares go to small low-income towns.
