Full applications due Oct 16, 2026, only for groups that filed a pre-application by Aug 18. Spring round pre-apps were due late February in 2026.
Amount: Up to $100,000 feasibility; up to $500,000 most implementation
Type: Cash grant
Where: New England
Who can apply: Nonprofits, Towns and local government, Health care and EMS, Tourism groups and chambers, Outdoor recreation businesses and groups
Federal regional money for infrastructure, business and workforce development, and conservation, tourism, and recreation projects. Carroll County is eligible.
The catch: For-profits cannot apply, a match is required, and it will not fund general operations.
